Hi i have 1987 city e automatic with 30,800 miles on clock thinking about changing oil pump is it a big job advise please 🙏

YES.   I don't wish to be belittle your skill, but Automatics are so rare that even experienced Mini engineers like to have an " Automatic Workshop Manual" .

The automatic oil pumps aren't available new. Only replace them when required.

Is there a reason you want to replace it?
