I currently have the GT1752 hybrid larger compressor wheel. Just wondering would there be a lot more lag with the TD04 15T

I have a ph3 cam so its pulls hard right up to 7800 revs. The main difference is that it makes the power at lower boost pressure.
Because its a 1460 its difficult to get the compression below 9.1, but running it at that makes it more responsive off boost.

Depending on your budget I'd look at a garrett GBC20-300. Modern turbos are light years ahead of the gt1752, which now is around 25 years old.
Im Just trying to use what I have the GT1752 goes really well no complaints about it.

I went from a 1752 to tdo4 side mount. I do run it on a 1460 so it doesn't suffer much lag.
