Ah those were the days....when I was a lad...
Motorcycle road safety film from 1965, contrasting the standard of riding between two twenty-year-old motorcyclists.
Produced by Associated British Pathé for the then Ministry of Transport.

 

(Spot the various Minis, Mini Vans, Mini Pickup, etc in the 1960's street scenes, including the Mini with whitewall tyres which appears a few times!  Also the lack of yellow parking lines!)

 

 

I wonder what the "Daily Express" - £5000 MINI IN A MILLION CONTEST posted outside the paper shop @ 6.00 m was about?
