Ordered a boot seal to my Mk1 for 3 weeks ago. Sent 2 mails asking for status, nothing. Anyone know if they are still in business?

They are a small operation.
if you want an alternative. Coh-Bains do the same profiles. (Most off).

I believe the people previously running Phoenix retired/sold up recently (well in the last 12-18 months-ish) and they were exceptionally good customer service and delivery.

If you paid with a debit/credit card you could ask your bank to do a chargeback.

Prolem is i really need the Phoenix seal. As i read here it fits better than seals from other suppliers. I have a new Minispares seal and no way will it work. Mounted with clips the boot was impossible to close. Here i cut away the part where clipses sit and clued it on. The lid can be forced to close but the flush is horrible.

The one that is mounted is Minispares 14A6584. Ordered SRS126 from Phoenix over 3 weeks ago but have not heard anything from them.

If you read the link about the new owner is saying he is shipping once a month.
like I said SRS126 is readily available elsewhere. It is a common profile made in China. And is not original.
you are fitting the MiniSpares one the correct way?

On their site it says: Orders will be dispatched from me in the early part of the month.
I ordered January 2:nd. Will try to phone him and check the situation. Otherwise have to order from Coh-Bains. Thanks for that link!
The Minispares is fitted the right way, Have actually had it both ways just to test but no go. Now the mounting lip is cutted away and seal glued on so i can force the lid to close but the flush is not acceptable. Pity i throw away the original list when i disassembled the car. With it the fit was good.

The self adhesive boot seal from Phoenix Trim has been reported as the best seal to allow the boot to close properly on earlier Minis by several members on the Mk1 Forum. The repro seals from other suppliers which is mounted with the 'original' type of metal clips are very hard to fit and as you have found don't compress enough to shut the boot properly.

This is exactly my case also.
