Trying to get the floor tunnel to be flat with the toe board. Proving quite difficult. I can get the sides nice and flat but it ends up creasing in the middle.
Would it be suitable to cut two small slots where it creases? Shouldn’t affect the integrity of the floor?

Get some decent screws and start at the sides screwing it tight.push up as you get to the hump.Steve..
