Hi all,

 

My gearbox is apart, checking everything over etc. 

 

Do I change the baulk rings ? they were OK before, I've heard that what's available today isn't that good, gears crunching, boxes locking up because they are too thick etc. 

 

Is it better to keep the originals ?

You should check the gap between the gear and baulk ring face.
