This is a guess, but the only Mk1 boot badge that Minispares shows as needing 4 mounting holes is this:

I think you'll probably find that those 4 holes will align with any of the mk1 boot badges. They all required 4 holes, except for the S models and some non UK models that req an additional couple of holes.
