You could also try Autosparks as they fit them in to the looms they make.

Do you only need the metal pins (that are connected to each wire)? Or do you need the black plastic body as well?

Just the pin

 

Electronics (online) stores often sell connectors and connector pins. As an example (I'm not affiliated with them): mouser.com/connectors 

It would help your search a lot if you happen to know the make and type number of the actual connector though, as the available variety is huge.

The minispares one appears that it might be 3d printed and is very expensive.
