Hi all,

 

Is there a place to get Mk1 replacement chassis plates stamped identical to the original factory spec or at least close to that quality? I got one done some time ago from minimail.co.uk but it doesn't look neat and professional. So I'm looking forward to getting a new one done and would appreciate any leads.

 

 

Below are a couple of pictures of the one I mentioned above and its fonts/characters seem to be different to the original spec. But my main concerns are:

 

If you look closely the 2nd "A" is sitting slightly above the other letters (I've added lines for reference).

And the number "1" is not properly stamped (embossed).

Below is a sample with the original stamping for reference and its characters are very sharp, properly aligned and stamped consistently.
