The rain has left white"gloom" marks on my paint work and its loosing its shine ( what do I do?!

polish it more than once a year
Seriously Wash it dry and then a light t-cut to bring back the colour then wash and wax and polish 3 hours of good weather should do it.

The previous 17 owners of my car (yes 17!!) clearly didnt like to polish him! After a few months of owning him, and about 4 waxes (washed him more, but waxed it 4 times) He's come up really shiny! Before, he had loads of flat spots in the paint, and some discolouring. Now he's one colour all over (well red + rust)
