Ok are you all sitting down, so I'll begin.......
I took the door off because I knew 1 of the studs had broken and door wasn't lined up properly, so I had the old door that I took off the car last year & took the hinge off that no problems there. Went to undo the hinge for the door thats going on the car & the 3rd one has been rounded, all I can think of is drilling it out (job lot of drill bits here I come).
Just thought I'd ask to see if anyone had any good ideas (or a magic wand)

i think drilling is the best idea here. then replace the studs with a bolt and nyloc nut.

keep the drill slow, over heat it any youl just blunt them..

Try some molegrips first or buy a nut spitter from Halfords job done .

Cheers guy's i'll try & have a go today if the rain stays away.
I've got 6 drill bits ready, and if that's not successful then I'll have a go with a stud extractor.
