yup, doing a search will pull up some results. There's a really tasty mk1 metro picture with banded steelies... looks great.

sorry ime not a regular on this forum, sombody told me that they a used alot on mini's so i thought i would try and get some info from the right place??
Does anybody know who does them???

I dont think you will find a "supplier" in any of the big mini spares stores/shops or online.

They are normally custom made, keep an eye on ebay for some.

Welcome To TMF. This topic was a topic of much interest around 3weeks ago. If you use the search function at the top of the forum, and search for banded wheels i am sure you will find more information.

and yes, i just searched the word 'banded' and all the threads are just arguments saying why it's illegal and why it's not and Mr mot sais this and that and bla bla bla.

Cal up VOSA or DVLA or something and get an answer in writing is my advice, then post it up here.
