I'll give you two instances
The first is about a mate of mine who knew a guy who had built a demo van for a firm in wigan or somewhere. This was fitted with i think 10 18" cerwin vega competition subs and is bloody loud. After about 30 secs of being sat in there one of the lads got a severe nose bleed. Needless to say he didn't die or anything but it makes you think.
The second i read on a car audio advice page a few yaers ago and is about two car audio fanatics in america (trust the yanks!). they built a van to use for competition and got sponsored off a major manufacturer (who wished to remain nameless, you'll find out why?) After building the enclosures, mounting the subs and prepping the van (you know soundedening and bullet proof glass!) they gave it a test run with the spl meter on. They cranked up the volume and the bass kicked in, then one of them wound the window down and there was so much pressuer inside the cabin that the sudden change burst some vital blood vessels in there brain and it killed them both! Ouch.

your more likely to damage ur ears with it though as it gets quite painful after a minute or so - got the nosebleed after 5 mins. Unless you take out the backseat and stick atleast a pair of competition subs in it with monoblocks powering them i doubt this would happen anways.
