I've got 91 mini, what do I need to do to change my heater to the 2 speed type, is it just new switch or whole new matrix?

If its a new matrix is it a straight swop with no other mods?

your matrox will be right but you need the whole 2 speed heater assembly im afraid!! the reducer unit and switch and motor are all contained in this!! much easier to undoo 2 screws and 2 10mm bolts and catch the water when u losen off the hoses than it will be to try adapting the single speed to go twin!!

what year did the mini change to 2 speed?
