Just been out in the mini for the FIRST TIME! After passing my test.

The indicators have stopped working :D
But the hazard switch works fine.. is it a problem around the stalk, or deeper? :w00t:

Dave. (Hoping for a quick and easy fix!)

It may be a fuse as your indicators and hazards are on two separate circuits for when your ignition is turned off the hazards still work. However it may be the switch but try all the fuses first

This is a strange 'un..

Went back into the mini to try things out.. tried the brake first to see if that was working (Thought I might aswell check them all when i'm at it) and it didn't work at first.. after a press or two the brake light started working.
To my amazement, the indicators seem to work OK too (May have been they just needed to 'calm down'? :D It's just been sitting again for 45mins.)

Or hopefully this is a symptom of something I can catch out before my indicators go again!
Dave.

Give the fuse holders a good wiggle whilst the indicators are on and see if they stop working they might need a good clean.

Had this with my last mini, after replacing all the fuses etc. it turned out to be a faulty hazzard switch which cut out the indicators, try really pressing the switch all the way home as a temporary fix before replacing the hazzard switch (NB if you don't replace it every time you use the hazzards it will knock the indicators off again)
