I am planning to unstall adjustables tie rod, adjustable toe/camber brackests, adjustable lower arms. well my question is how do i line everything right? and what are the specs for street? is there a tool or way too line up everything or i just have too eye ball it?

yes there are tools to set tracking, caster, camber

unless you want to keep adjusting the suspension you are better off going somewhere to get it adjusted
its a lot of money for tools if you are only going to use them once

it's not impossible to set up your suspension on a DIY basis, but for it to be spot on, i'd take it a reputable mini or motorsport garage to have it set up properly. it doesnt take too long and it'll transform your handling.

if you are in essex i know of 2 maybe 3 places that can setup everything on your suspension to make her handle tops. tie rods only really change how much self centering your wheels have tho!! jsut measure the original ones and make the new ones the same length.
measure from bolt hole to the flat (you will see what i mean when u get them)
why are you fitting them? hilos or/and dampers will give better handling improvments as will tyres if you have not done them yet.
