1275 A+ bottom end, rebuilt first oversize with MG Metro pistons,
Stage 1 late MG Metro head, (33mm inlets, ported to vizard spec)
HIF 44 on a sportex (same as howley) manifold, (ported to vizard spec)
K & N cone filter,
Kent MD286 cam,
Metro cast LCB manifold,
A+ rocker gear (i believe this is 1.2-1.25 ratio?)
Soo.. my question is thus.. what needle should i be aiming for? Am i right in thinking the 44 has .010 jets? do these remain with a needle change?
Anyone want to put an estimate as to flywheel power? im hoping for 80ish, is this realistic?

1330cc engine
HIF44 carb
Large K&N
Minispares alloy inlet
LCB and twin box system
mg metro head
kent 286 cam
standard rockers
points and condensor
3.44 diff
So that figure seems a little high
I get 76bhp for the spec posted in the 1st post. WinSu v2.6

86 bhp
recommended needle bdr
other needles to try, bdk, bdp
nice spec by the way. with that cam, if you ever put a well worked head on there, it'll release loads of extra ponies
