does the inlet manifold get hot? Or can i paint it any colour with any 'normal' car spray??

Not too hot, but I wouldn't use normal paint.

Hellfrauds, sorry, Halfords sell rattle can heat resistant paint in many colours :crazy:

i used hammerite on my head and it has been fine

Thanks for that lads, think i will go for the heat resistant paint, just to be safe....maybe a bright colour like yellow :crazy:

Am doing mine with powder coat, bit more expensive but some nice colours avaible.
