[Italy-Mini style!!!]

Can anyone help with an annoying electrical problem my minis developed, came back from uni and the battery was dead, fair enough, charged it and it was officially dead. Replaced that and everything was fine until the alternator packed in as well so it now has a new one of those as well. It was running fine for about a week until the battery died again last night, so im out of ideas why the battery is still going flat when both the battery and alternator are brand new.

Any ideas whats going on would be very helpful

it could be a bad engine-to-shell earth or a bad battery-to-shell earth. do a search on engine earths, i've posted loads on this in the last few weeks. the earths need to be clean and dry and must have bare metal or they will not work very well.
