why not start a poll with spax, avo, gaz, gmax, etc etc every other make u can find and see what gets the most votes!! im sure ou'll find spax avo and gaz at the top closely followed by gmax!

I'm Using KYB Gas Non-Adjustable Suspension Units, They're Great For Non Adjustables.
But I Would Say Between Avo And Spax, They've Pretty Much Got It Sorted

i had avo's on my old mini and were brilliant. although my standard kyaba-gas-adjusts are just as good IMO.

If I was on a budget then Gaz are the ones for me, but to upgrade from them then I would go with Avo's every time.

I've had Spax Adjustable Dampers fitted all round for the past decade and they've been superb. I just set them up using a screw driver on the little screws and have them running at around 4 clicks up front and about 8 at the rear and the ride is nice and firm without being uncomfortable, but my Mini still handles well and the body doesn't roll on corners.
