Not doubting your tyre department or anything, but could you provide proof, or point me in the direction to where I can see it written that is illegal?i asked our tyre department and it is illegal for banded wheels.
i know i wasnt intending on fitting the wrong wheels. looking at 1.3 rover metro wheels or something along those lines but wanted suomething a little more different.

nope. lol. to be fair id trust this guy as hes been in the trade for 15 years.
its fine at banger racing but not on the road. dont know where you could find the information probably ring the dvla and they will be able to tell you or the transport police will be able to tell you aswell.

Metro wheels are the wrong inset. They will rub unless you fit stupidly large spacers.
