Hi,
My daughter owns and runs a 1994 (L), 1275cc, Rover, Mini Sprite and requires a new downpipe from the exhaust manifold to the CAT.
Unfortunately the part was not available at the fitting shop.
When looking through suppliers websites and catalogues I have noted that instead of the single down pipe (which is fitted) it should be a two into one.
Is the single pipe correct or has in the vehicles past had a change of manifold?
Regards
Graham

i thought at that age they had the metro 2 down pipes set up
it might be cheaper to buy a LCB performance manifold rather than the standard down pipes
it was when a mate needed new down pipes for his spi

Yes and I can't recommend Maniflows exhausts and service enough because their excellent and I've had one of their LCB's fitted for the past 10 years and a nice twin-box exhaust system too.
Oh and you could loose the power sapping cat if you wanted, since it's known that if a Mini has a carburretor it doesn't need one fitted for the MOT.
