Hi there,
When i first got my mini and after visiting the Bromley Motor Show I bought a set of four Wipac Spotlights, which although looking very nice arnt exactly quality products. Two of them let in water originally so i took them apart and screwed them back together but that has only semi helped, sort of have a permanent steamed look now. I've also found that the chrome backing is beginning to rust on all four of them which i coudn't believe!

After talking with another mini owner with these im reliasing my problems may not be just happening to me.

I was wondering if anyone knows of similar but better quality lights that i could simply swap these for (Id rather keep the bar their already attached to as at least this hasnt rusted and its already drilled into place). Ill go measure the diameter later but i think there 6" or 8" and I dont want anything bigger than that.

I reliase now that impulse buying will be the undoing of me!

(On the plus side least its them and not the car thats rusting! ;) )

Thanks for any help

Martin C

They look ok, but the yellow tint and black backing puts me off (tried to remove all black plastic off my car). Do Lucas make any other front Drive/spot/fog lamps?
