Looks like i'll need new arches.

So can anyone tell me how wide the standard plastic ones are? I need about an inch more.

Pics of minis fitted with 6x12 wheels welcome.

There 6x12minilites, 8.4" brake setup, no aftermarket spacers.

mine are downton GP5's with 6x12 superlights

they dont look that wide. mmmmmm

I fancied some grp 2's but theres so many variations and without going round to the garage with a torch and a tape measure, i cant measure distance from the wing.

i had summerford GP2's before and they are about as wide as the ones you have now

GP2 extra wide or GP5's i think they are about the same

what style do you want ?

I would like it with the chrome trim running along them and the sill.

will these be ok u think? I think the rear ones have been cut on the pickup in the picture mind.

i know the huddersfield GP2 extra wide arches are just like mine for size and style

they curve under the bumper and look neater than that link ones

Ive got 6x12's with 165 tyres and the grp2s were too small. Heres a picture but
have a look on my turbo project page for more pics with grp2's and wide grp2's.
