Have just put a checked roof bought from Idlegear on my 89 Mini City. Would be glad to hear what you think

the roof looks great, but i think you need bigger circles on the doors, those ones look a little bit to small !!

Thanks for your comments! The spots are the going size, maybe its just the angle the picture was taken. Amazed how easy it was to fit the roof, only a half hour jobby

Anyone think a decent set of wheel arches would look good on the car? Would like to jazz it up a bit but to be honest not exactly sure what makes and models to look for

the circles do look like the ones i got from mini sport years ago. i decided not to use them as they looked too small. i got the guy at idle gear to cut me a large square to almost cover the whole door like the old works rally cars. if you ask the guy at idle gear, he will cut you some circles any size you like !!!!

its up to you at the end of the day, if your happy then who am i to tell you different.

anyway, take a look at this photo, may help you to see where i'm coming from...

looks good, i think a bigger circle would look good better, but thats me... but like the Anorak said its your car and if your happy thats all that matters!
