ebay sell them for about 3-4 £ but im sure some one one here can giver you a photo copy or lent one

I have got a set saved on my comp if you send me your email address ill send them your way. I would load them up on here but they will take up loads of space.

In the left hand colum it says my user name click on this then it will bring out a drop down tab, when this appears click send PM then send it that way.
