I'm thinking of getting one of these so I can tell when my battery is dieing :w00t:
I'm just wondering how they are wired up and where you can connect it etc

Anybody have any answers?

Yup, its wired into an ignition live and an earth. For illumination its wired into a lighting live and an earth. Easy peasy!!

Very easy to connect, just one wire to a ignition live 12v supply, and the other to earth, then you just have the illumination to sort out...
