i made my own fibreglass door cards for my mini jem.....its made sheet fibreglass 1/16" thick normally used to line the cargo bays of airliners.
its smooth on one side and tough as old boots that are particularly tough!

... so that's where that stuff went to! Along with the aircraft circuit breakers and the acres of flight-quality sheet metal, the only thing you're lacking, Nick, are wings!
