I'm posting this messege because i'm very unsatisfied with the treatment i'm recieving from ZCARS employee Chris Allanson.
Before Christmans 2006, I ordered the DVD MINI MADNESS, and still haven't recieved it.
Back when I ordered, i've asked for it to be shipped with a tracking number but I was told it wasn't necessary.
We are already in February and i still haven't recieved my DVD, while the bill has been paid a month ago.
At first Chris replied to my emails but now he has stopped.
Can someone please help me out?

I can't really help, but what type of shipping was used? If it was boat/land then thats not unreasonable is it? If it was airmail, then obviously something has gone wrong somewhere...

Tom, I'll wait untill he reads my post. I'm not saying he's not sending me another dvd. I'm just worried he stopped replying my emails, and I knew that over on this board there would be people who could help me out. I'm sure we will find a solution. The dvd whas shipped before new years eve. It shoould be here already!
