I own a '92 Mini Cooper (Injection)
Last week, i moved my car in the freezing morning and it started fine. Then i tried starting the car a few hours later and it spluttered and stalled. It now does not turn on again.
After trying to pump the accelorator whilst turning the key, and the cable broke, so after much effort, that has been replaced. After that, i tried to start the mini again and it spluttered but no fire. Now it doesnt attempt to fire up.
I put a bit of fuel directly into the engine and the car spluttered and tried to start.
So is it the fuel pump? I rang a mini specialist who is too far away to tow my car and he said it prob is fuel pump, but wondering if the fuel pump would just stop working in the space of 3 hours?
My Car Wont Start AGAIN!

easy test, grab a fuel pipe. Pop it in a jar, crank the engine over.
Fuel comes out then the pumps fine, if not then investigate further into the pump.
