im trying to find out witch controls the indercator because mine stays on now all the time and been looking under the dash and this is the only relay i could find

That's the dim-dip system relay (it has 7 terminals). It stops you driving about on the sidelights only.
The indicator flasher is above where you found the relay, right behind the clocks. It doesn't look like a relay (because it isn't one) but like a small tin box.

i think thats for lights because mine is bust aswell because i have had to boost power to it to make my headlights work

The indicators normally stay on when you use them when a bulb is bust.
Most cars indicate faster when one is bust, but good old british engineering gives us something different.
In theory the hazards should work cus they are a different system, so flick them on have a gander to see which is off then either replace and/or clean the contacts with some wire wool cus they get all crudy and oxidised.
The pink relay ive found is the dip/dim beams but they come in a range of colours. Which is just located under the dash by your right knee.
