I'd Imagine Water Resistant MDF Or 1/4" Water Resistant Chipboard.

it needs to bend (not the floor one mind)

also, what brackets used to keep it above the spare wheel and not rattle.

Need It To Bend Eh? How About Some Thin Gauge Hard Board.

Not To Sure On How It's Mounted Above The Spare Wheel Though.

Right, found templates and what wood is needed.

Now i am just going to make cardboard templates out, make sure they fit, buy the wood and start cutting it up.

Oh and its 65mm from boot floor to keep board level.

You could try flexi ply for the curved piece. I can send you some for the price of postage if you like.

Due to me moving into unit this month, things have been slow.

Will sort templates and materials out and post pics etc

Also the total cost of everything bought and what was used. together with time taken.

But you can buy these for £35 i think on ebay, so if materials work out to be £20 plus then you may just want to save the hassle and go via company.

We are just doing it in Pink Vinyl (once the GF has found the right colour) and hence doing it myself rather than buying it in.

Thanks for offers on wood, will send PM.
