P&L wont actually do the work, they will give it to a local engine services firm.

Shop around, yellowpages etc. I found a company willing to give my engine a +60 rebore for £50+vat, if i supplied the pistons. which i did.

Any engine shop will do it, just look in the yellow pages. You will have to pull the engine out and strip it down yourself otherwise expect a large hole in your bank balance.

You will need to take your original pistons/rods and the block along with the new pistons to the machines shop so they know exactly what to bore and hone it to, they will also fit the new pistons to the rods.

Just dont be surprised that when you pull the engine apart that it may or may not need a crank regrind. Id put new bearings and defo an new oil pump in there while its apart, at least, youd be silly not to. Minisport offer a good regrind package that is £85 for a reground crank and a full set of bearings. again you will need to take your crank along for an exchange.

There are a few places around Rutland Road (off Peniston road) that will do it though I still take mine to Morspeed as it's only an hour down the road and Im usually getting some other parts at the same time.
