A+ G/Box crunch

I have a metro turbo gearbox mated to a swiftune 1430 unit.

when i change from 1st to 2nd there is a crunch. is this expensive to repair ? and what is involved?

Baulk rings....

If yours hasnt been rebuilt fully then i would certainly consider it as the turbo boxes take a battering (they are no stronger than a 998 a+ box for example), baulkrings are one of the reasons of the crunch. but i would certainly recommend a full overhaul of the unit.
