I heard that the digital clock from the Xantia was a good fit for the ashtray. So, being a cheapskate I bought one....
Has anyone done this before?
There are three connectors on the back, I am guessing Permanent live / Live from ignition / Earth ? Has anyone got a wiring diagram from a Citroen Xantia to help me identify these. I may have to resort to a bit of trial and error........

Have a complete xantia in the unit 
but I think, 1 perm live one earth and one illumination

That makes sense, then it will always display the time, it is an LCD after all.
