All race tracks have to check your car for noise levels, i think from memory the limit is 95-98 decibles. which is still loud.

Dont i know it mine was 108db and they would not let me on untill about 4pm when they let me on

Yeah that is a mini, if you put the screen right up to your eyes you can make out the black grille, scuttle, wipers, and a mini shaped roof.Just wondering really because theres always people going there off of here!

Also look at the scale of it compaired to that bloke bending over.

Here is a link to the nurburgring webcam. Now you too can sit for hours watching it to see if a mini turns up.Is it just me, or is anyone else completely baffled by this topic?!
Here's a tip: wait until one of the the Ring Runs later this year and then you'll be sure of seeing lots!
Must dash -- I thought I saw another mini waiting to do a lap -- no it isn't -- yes it is
