I'm afraid it's an all too common problem with them! Sorry mate, you'll have to wait to see if you get them! Hope you do!

They are a very odd company sometimes! but from dealing with them I think they are OK, just dont answer their phones...just keep trying to ring and you'll get through to someone in the end - the guy is very helpful when you do speak to him

I'm pretty sure there was a similar topic a couple of weeks ago about them. If you paid on your credit card then claim the money back through your credit card company. The only other option is to keep ringing, or write a letter sent by recorded delivery. The threat of court action usually gives companies the much needed kick up the perberbial backside.

If your dissatisfied with their service I strongly reccommend you phone Trading Standards. Otherwise we'll just keep getting threads like this and nothing will be done about it.

A Debit Card is effectively like a cheque and you can cancel cheques, so surely a debit transaction can also be cancelled too?

I'd get on to the bank, but they may just tell you to contact Mini Trailers and ask them for the money back if the goods don't turn up. But you must have some kind of protection though?

That's bad news mate.

I'd send them back and ask for a refund. If I was still unable to get in touch then I'd call into my bank to see if they could help.

These people are really a discrace to the trade. I cant beleive they still manage to turn a profit with such a poor reputation.

I wont be buying from them ever!

I don't understand why anybody would want to buy anything off Minitrailers. There service is the worst i have ever come across. Worse even than M&M Minis in Warrington, and that is saying something....!!

I ordered some stuff off them over 12 months ago and it still hasn't arrived. They never took the money out of my account, so i'm not expecting the stuff ever to turn up, but i couldn't get hold of them on the phone to find out where it was....!!
