Hey all,

Can anyone help me out here and just give me a rough weight of a Mini Engine. I'm going to collect mine on Thursday night so could do with just a rough idea to help when loading into the Van etc. Can a couple of blokes lift one easily?

I can lift one on me own off the floor, i can lift one without the head into me landrover, so around 120kg's

Complete engine is about 130kg's

Gearbox is 28kg's built
head's are about 20kg's
built blocks are circa 50kgs

im assuming the complete engine is a dry weight!
