I haven't a clue what you're on about so i'll hazard a guess that By 'Revs' you mean Revolution wheels???? and by 'It' you mean dirt :ermm:

If so just go to you local motorfactors/halfords and look! They have shelves worth of cleaning products.

lol dirt wouldnt b a problem its like a mould on the metal lol white stuff that leaves the surface of the alloy unsmooth.

ah, so you have corrosion. Are these wheels laquered?... often moisture creeps under the laquer and corrodes the alloy underneath,... only way to combat it is to strip the wheel down and relaquer perfectly. Or to strip the wheels of laquer and polish the rim instead,.. from then on you'll be having to reguarly polish and wax the wheel to stop corrosion coming back!

elbow grease coupled with WET 'n' DRY will do it, you'll need to use a fine grade.. I'd be tempted to go with Nitromors to get the worst off and then after a thorough clean, start polishing it back up with alloy/chrome polish

On my mates alloy bike frame all we used was wire wool.

So might be worth a try.
