I have been trying to get these lights going. There are 2 little bulbs -one top and one bottom that light the top and bottom curves of the halo. I have managed to get them to light the whole halo when lights are fully on but then to try to use main beam there is nothing else to light up.
I assumed it would be the centre of the light that would light up on main beam but there is no bulb for that, or for that matter, no where for the bulb to go!

Is someone who has these on their mini able to shed some light on the subject for me?

Would be really greatful as MOT is tomorrow. I know they might fail anyway, but some lights is better than no lights!!!!^_^

Nowhere for the bulb to go? Can you get a picture of these Angel Eyes up at all?

We've put a set of these on the girlfriends car, they dont come with the main beam bulb, there should be a little clip to undo on the back of the unit, then just pop the bulb in. Im sure we had to modify the wiring slightly too, as the connectors were different.
Can you get a picture of the back of the light? If theres nowhere for it to go, sounds like you bought a dud!

Thanks for replying.......I'm proud to say I have two working angel eyes now:):D

But :D I didn't realise there was a bulb to go in middle :S Went to halfordsand they gave me a light bulb and I wished I hadn't cut off the connector because it took me 2 days to wire in the lamps instead of the 5min it would hav taken if i'd have realised that the 2 litte bulbs were side lights! ha
I'm not very cars! but I do try :S

Thank-you for all your help.
