Cleaned the car yesturday and took the L plates off to find little bubbles on the paint and when I touched one the paint came off (only a tiny spot) but im worried it will get worse whats wrong and how do I fix it

I suppose just rub it down, prime it and respray it. The problem is that you might have a clour match problem.
