Hey,
I've got a noise from the front drivers side of the rotational kind, it comes when you decelerate, when on the throttle or braking there is no noise. The ball joints were recently replaced for the MOT and the only thing I can see visually is some movement in the lower wishbone. I don't think this is a bearing as it doesn't sound like it, it's more of a knocking and I also get some vibration caused from this unkown prob. Any suggestions C.V. perhaps? What tests could I do to narrow down the problem to find the offending unit.
PLEASE HELP!!

CV joints tends to make noise under load / stress, so when you are on full lock they often click. Can you describe the noise any better? Is it a continuous knock knock knock proportional to road speed when decelerating, or a single knock when you come off the power. Is it a groan? Does the noise stop if you dip the clutch or coast in neutral? Can you feel anything through the steering wheel?

The knock is in proportion to the speed you are going at and remains when you press the clutch, and yes I can feel vibration throught he steering wheel. It's not really a groan more of a knock. Any ideas?
