i have decided to do ether the vauxhall 2.0 conversion or the vtec conversoin and have had some great advice from people on this forum but what it all mostly comes down to is wich one i know how to do so.........

does anyone know were i can get instructions or step by step or anything along those lines from for eather of the coversions above? plz help

Im affraid there isn't any full instructions for wither. You have to work it out yourself. You get instructions for some parts when you buy the subframes from such places as ALLSPEED

You will also be able to get alot of information on either conversion from the 16valve mini forum, but you will need to do lots of searches to find the information you need.
