What is my Mini worth?!

This is my first post on here I'm afraid. I'm selling my great-aunts Mini on her behalf and I'm not really an expert on Mini's - their value/what people like etc.
Her Mini is a 1991 J reg, silver Rover Mini City. It has only done 22K (literally just over this) and has a full service history. The MOT expires in August. It is in it's original condition (except a minor dent on the drivers side frond side panel) and has only had 'bull bars' added which are now a bit rusty (not too bad though). I had a CD player put in recently to replace the original casette player. Oh, and she had seat covers on so the seats are basically in their original condition. It hasn't been converted to unleaded but runs fine with lead supplement.
I have all of the documents for the car.
I know that's all a bit vague, but any ideas on pricing would be gratefully received!
Cheers,
Max

leaded petrol, LRP or a additive aren't going to do the cat any good
some pictuers might help with value but if its that clean £1500-£2000

I'd say £1500-2000 for a 998, upto £2000-2500 for 1275?!
Moved to Mini Chat.

It's on eBay at the moment (I just listed it yesterday) but after what you have said, I might take it off. It's listing no. 270103973446 if you want to see pictures of it.
Would you have any better suggestions of where to list it for sale?
Thanks.
Oh, it's a 998 engine...!

Looking on the ebay link is there a dent in the front wind?
It is in it's original condition (except a minor dent on the drivers side frond side panel)
He said there was.
If I was him, I'd take more pictures & add them to the listing, showing back seats, door cards, boot, under bonnet everywhere in fact. If it's genuine & I've no reason to doubt it isn't this is almost collectable & should fetch good money.

Not sure how I get this moved to the For Sale or eBay sectioon, but for anyone who is interested, my mini is finishing on eBay tomorrow and it's only up to £600 on there!
From the advice you guys gave, I've added more pictures showing the chairs, engine etc.
Thanks again,
Max

Very true cats dont get on with petrol that well. Were the cats optional extras in the Mini catalogue?Should come with a cat
leaded petrol, LRP or a additive aren't going to do the cat any good
Only joking I understand really!
