I thought i should get my wheel alignment checked over, not because it was pulling to one side or anything, just that i changed track rod ends, hubs, had drive shafts and everything off so many times and only set them by eye.

Anyway, here are the results if anyone would care to explain and compare to what they may have:

Front:
Initial | Target | Final (after adjustment)

Camber - Left -0.33 | +2 (+/-) 1 | -0.26
- Right -0.06 | ^ | -0.08

Individual Toe - Left +0.47 | +0.08 (+/-) 0.05 | +0.07
- Right +0.27 | ^ | +0.05

So it looks like my camber is pretty negative, but is this a good thing for handling? Or will it just scrub my tires out pretty quickly?

Edit: ah cr@p, its taken the spacing out...

The camber is fine, most people will go for about 1 degree negative. The +2 is a standard factory setting. If you lower the car the negative camber increases so if you started with 2 + you may well end up with 0 when lowered. Too much negative camber and you will notice the tyres scrubbing on the inner edge.
