As some of you may have read my mini failed its MOT quote badly on corrosion.

To get my shell pristine I need to do the following:

Fit 2 outer sills
Fit 1/4 panel repair section and door step panel (both drivers side)
Replace A panels
Doors - Reskin? (Doors are bubbling up at the bottom)
Scuttle Panel repair (bubbling in varous areas)
Replace wings (bubbling up at the seams)
Replace front panel/valance (valance is screwed from a towing incident!)
Patch front and rear inner arches

The only thing I have welded before is a few patches on a Metro floorpan - would taking the above work on be a bit too ambitious?

I have heard people saying that only heritage panles should be used - is this the case?

Are there any guides or manuals to help the beginner restore a Mini?

Alternatively is there anyone local on the forum that wants to help out for some £££?
