throttle cables done up to tight....?
carbs may have been turned upside down and piston stuck open?
linkage stuck?
Linkages work freely and the throttle cable is fine. Perhaps this piston is stuck open, either way tey will have to come off and be inspected, because it is them thats causing the problem! right??

take the choke and speedo cable of the cars and turn the car on see if it hight revs make sure the speedo and choke cable a fully closes/off and that will iliminate that problem ?
Took it back off today and all seems fine. The throttle bit operates the valve in side the way it should. It still revs high as hell. Then after i turn it off theres some smoke coming from down below and a squalching noise like fluid coming out of something

Got it all sorted now (idle was way out because i put the wrong springs back on XD), just need to get to halfords and get some oil! Whats wrong with the asda smart price 20w50? Would it do to sort of flush the rest of the C**p out, like drain this anti-freeze oil C**p then the asda C**p then some good stuf
