There's a building site on my way to work and one day the whole road was covered in cement. Now i had no choice but to go through it and washing my car today ive found its all splashed up and set round the inside of my sportspack arches. Is there anything i can use to remove it without destroying the paint?

Tar and road film remover should do the trick..
the cement will just be sticking to the surface, it will come off.

soak it with Hot soapy water and car shampoo..

be very careful, cement is corrosive and abrasive so you need to get it off quickly but not scrub it... pressure washer or steam cleaner may be your best bet but avoid it in future... or if you do ever get it on the car, go straight to a jet wash and get it off!!!!!
