Ok so i replaced the head gasket after finding mayo under my oil cap. A week later i still have mayo! I just use my car to goto work, wich is 5 minutes away. So in total its used about 10 minutes a day. Could this just be the reason why i have mayo?

Still got mayo

Let the engine warm up fully and give it a good run once in a while.

Agreed mate, you ned to give the car a good run or condensation will build up causing white mayo.

as has been said, you need to give it a good run. at least once aweek give it a good blast, if you can find a dual carrage way so you can really get the engine nice and warm all the better.
remember you will still have some of that white cr*p in the engine, it will take a few oil changes to get rid of it.

Like everybody else says, try and get hold of a vented rocker box or vented cap and go for a 100+mph blast at least once a month (on a private road because the speed limit is 70 and you wouldn't think of breaking that)
