Hi all, just a quick question, i have a pair of 1 1/4s for sale and have been asked if they would suit a mk 1 850.
before i give an answer am i right in thinking yes they will fit but will prob need new/different needles as the carbs came of an 998?
or will they just be a bit too much for an 850?

They will need re-needling yes. No they wont be too much if properly adjusted and set up on a Mini specialist rolling road. I'v seen plenty of 850's on twin HS2's but not HS4's, don't see any problem though.
